Preliminary Design of Customer Relationship Management System

This paper introduced the development background and subject system significance of the system,and made a detailed feasibility analysis on the system(including the detailed introduction of software's development tool SQL Server and ASP.NET work principle),and then expounded the realization process of function of the system,starting from its requirements analysis to the overall design to detailed design,according to the software's development steps.The enterprise management system is a simple task management system designed by facing with SMEs according to the current situation,which mainly realizes the task management of company staff.Customer Relationship Management(CRM) system is the typical information management system,and its main development includes the setting and maintenance of background database as well as development of front-end application.At present,domestic similar management platform is still immature,therefore,this study has innovativeness and practical significance.
