Towards an open system of university administrative affairs based on Information Asymmetry

This paper researches on the openness of university administrative affairs in the perspective of Information Asymmetry,the phenomena,causes and influence of which are analyzed.On the basis of related principles of Information Asymmetry theory,problems as adverse selection and moral hazard are discussed.Countermeasure for information asymmetry are proposed such as making full use of signaling principle,giving priority to constructing information exchange platform.
