The Generalized Subgradient of Regular Weak Lipschitz Function and Its Applications

Regular weak Lipschitz function is defined,and a new kind of generalized subgradient is defined for the function.They are used in nonsmooth optimization,which shows they are generalization of differentiable and convex cases.
