On the Problems in Writing Scientific Papers

Discusses how to write an abstract of a scientific paper and use the new state standards (GB3100～3102-93,China), describes the using rules of them and presents a method for nonprofessional editorial persons mastering the standard usage of them rapidly. The practice proves that the method is simple and effective. It is of practical meaning for raising editorial speed and quality of scientific papers.
