Effect on Monitoring Component in Internal Control from Knowledge Management

Monitoring is an important component of internal control system,but the component has been heavily influenced by bureaucracy management mode,so it is entirely inelastic based on assignment.Coming of knowledge economy,knowledge management mode becomes more and more important,which shakes the basement of bureaucracy management.The management mode affects the internal control,and there are many differences between knowledge management and bureaucracy management,which take great changes for the monitoring component.Firstly,the component will not be a single one,but a part of control activity component. Secondly,lasting monitoring will focus on key activities in teamwork instead of specific tasks.Thirdly,the adaptability will be the main evaluation of internal control instead of rationality and effectiveness.Fourthly,the knowledge audit will become an important part of internal audit.
