Research on Maintenance Resources Visibility System based on Supply Chain

Maintenance resources are essential components of equipment support.For real time monitoring and effective management of maintenance support resources,introducing the concept of total asset visibility and supply chain management,function requirements of maintenance resource visibility based on supply chain are presented.In term of function requirements,the structure of maintenance resource visibility is set up,including client applications,middle processing,data services and system management.The key technologies of implementing maintenance resources visibility are also discussed and analyzed,such as supply chain management system,distributed multiplayer architectures,terminal integration of data automatic update.It is provided that maintenance resource visibility system based on supply can implements effective monitoring of maintenance resources,but also reasonable management and control of logistics,information flow and capital flow in the maintenance support.
