Design and Realization of Streaming Media Based on Remote Educational System

Streaming media technology uses streaming transmission in the Internet/Intranet broadcast media formats,the data stream is transmitted at any time,shorten the launch de- lay,reducing the cache capacity of the system demand,significantly reducing the waiting time for users.It is widely applied in the network education,the network radio station,the video on demand,the charge broadcast and so on.This paper makes a brief introduction to the streaming media technology and its characteristics.It sets up a remote education system based on windows media technology.It solves the problem of the data synchronization and the transmission of the audio and video.
