A Reliability Analysis Model of the Meta-Data Server in LCFS

The reliability of large-scale clustering storage systems is an important research aspect in the related domain. Moreover, the meta-data server is the heart of a cluster storage system. In this paper, we propose the architecture of the LCFS meta-data server, and then use the Markov reward model to study the reliability of the meta-data server. The consistency can affect the reliability markedly, and the result is useful for the implementation and for improving the LCFS.
