A Study of TOPSIS -based Grading Methods for Social Science Work

It is a troublesome job to grade social science work impartially and objectively owing to its characteristics of being abstract,indirect,vague and protracted.Therefore,on the basis of experts' qualitative grading,this paper at- tempts to establish TOPSIS-based models to conduct quantitative grading for social science work so as to make the grading objective,fair and impartial.
