Project appraisement method research based on Rough sets

Project appraisement is a very important chain of project management.Traditional appraisement methods either need too much expert experience(subjective transcendental information),or lack efficient processing method on the substantive data including noise information.This paper presented a new method based on Rough sets.This method does not need any subjective deduction and it gains objective and real result completely by the data-driving mechanism
