The comparison between two pattern-based augmented reality registration methods

This paper introduced two pattern-based augmented reality developing packages:ARToolkit and ARTag.Comparing the two packages in terms of false negative rate,inter-marker confusion rates and processing speed,the author also gave out the reasons from the views of algorithms and principles.Examples and future prospect are given.
