Design and Implementation of the Capability Management with Hierarchical Relations

In most information management systems, the capability management is designed from the viewpoint of object, such as files, database tables. However, such method neglects the capability control structure of current enterprise and this management is lack of hierarchy, so it is not suitable for current enterprises. In building software corporation management platform (SCMP), we proposed a new concept of capability groups with hierarchical relations. In this paper we describe the details of the design and implementation of the capability groups with hierarchical relations from the viewpoint of subject.
