Design of A New Type Double-row Vacuum Seed Meter

The structure and principle of soybean vacuum seed metering device with single-disc and double row were theoretically analyzed. And the performance parameter of double row vacuum seed metering device was designed. The performance test indicated that the seed meter had compact structure, convenient adjustment and reasonable parameter compared to the similar type seed meters. Its operating performance was stable and remarkable. This precisely seed meter had been attracted to the kind of the BJQ-6/7/8/9 vacuum planters.
