On Improving the Quality of Chief Editors of Academic Journals

Chief editors who take the responsibility of overall quality of academic journals directly determine the quality of innovative spirit production.Because knowledge spread quickly with the rapid development of new media today,demands for chief editors are increasingly high.Chief editors need continuous learning in order to improve the academic level,make efforts to form a knowledge structure of specialty and extensiveness and enhance the ability of solving problems through editing and research.
