Management and its Realizaion on Two-Dimensional Framework of the Readers Expectations

This paper is based on the definition of readers' expectation.The paper consists of the emergency management and process control these two dimensional frame which may satisfy the reader's anticipation.The emergency management includes the information identification and the settlement project.The process control includes the project,training,anaysis,cooperation,development,etc.In the end,this paper also exposes the shortage of the research and forecast the future of the research to the expectation management of the readers.
