In this paper, some improvements are made to the hall for workshop of meta-synthetic engineering(HWME) according to the environment of internet.Besides the cognition of experts, the cognition of public and government is also integrated into this system. The keywords and relationships of different groups are abstracted from the open complex system of internet. After comparing the PageRank and HITS algorithm of the Link structure analysis algorithm, the improved HITS algorithm is applied to finding the focuses of different groups and analyzing their interactive relationships. The results show that people express their supporting or opposing viewpoints to influence others on the internet, which makes the experience knowledge converge through the interaction and then swarm intelligence emerges.
