Database of grade indicator for paper referees

The maintenance of referees' database is regarded as a challenge for a periodical development.Based on the survey of existing database,favorite grade indicators are proposed for realizing and facilitating the quantization systematic management.And the proposed method provides a new concept for maintenance and updating of referees' database.
