A nd through analyzing the construction scope, application situations, and personn el quality of computerization and networking of Shanxi's hydrologic work, this p aper finds out the existing differences, and puts forward the concrete procedure s and method suggestions for realizing the target of networking, normalization a nd scientificalization of Shanxi's hydrologic work.
