TCP-Friendly Rate Control(TFRC)is proposed as congestion control scheme for multimedia applications,but the vile link quality and handover in wireless environment strictly recedes the performance of TFRC.proposes a scheme that the AP of wired-cum-wireless network marks incoming packets.Then a new multimedia congestion control for wied-cum-wireless network-TFRC-en-hance is designed based on the proposed algorithm.By the validation with NS simulator,the precision of the algorithm is proved to be higher than other algorithms and TFRC-enhance get the better performance.
