In a successful CSCW system, the net communication part takes an important role. So,it is very important to design communication layer reasonably and efficiently. This paper designs the network communication layer by using a high-efficient Input/Output-IOCP mechanism provided by the Windows operating system. And its implementation details are described simply in this paper.
