Research on Date Converter for Open Inventor

The method of data converter from IV to other date forms was discussed based on an example about data converter from IV to STL.This method directly takes the information from IV data format which is needed in the STL data format,then outputs as the STL data format,which avoids the data loss and the error.It was accomplished by the C++ programming language in Linux and applied in virtual clay model(VCM) system,and excellent effect was gained.
