Design and implementation of a novel E1 signal card(E1SC) which is primarily used in telecommunication field are introduced.The architecture of hardware is based on FPGA.Object oriented method is adopted in software design and has fulfilled the function of plug and play under the operation system of Win2000.This card transmits data with sub-rate of E1(2M).It provides two data access interface (ISA bus and RS232-port).Application indicates that it is effective,flexible and convenient.
