Mathematical model of institution for behavior controls and the strength level of the institution

To settle the problem accurately,The describing methods with probability of rewards and the game theory trees are given by taking the institution of suspected as innocent and the institution of prize for examples.Moreover,we put forward the mathematics model of the institution in valida- ting,and some important concepts such as the observation degree,the difference of control repay, the expected difference of repay of nature,the difference of behavior costs,and pointing out the re- lations among these factors for the institution in validity.The methods used in the paper can be easi- ly used in other institution studying also.
