This article according to the Emergency Management theory,building the overall architecture of exotic biological disaster emergency management platform,exotic biological disaster emergency management of the information structure is analyzed by using C + + as a development language,designed to achieve a foreign biological disaster emergency management system platform,as the alien organisms disaster emergency management decision support services.
