A Partial Blind Signature Scheme Based on Elliptic Curve

Elliptic curve digital signature is the elliptic analogue of the digital signature based on multiplicative group's discrete logarithm. In this paper , the concept of partial blind signature is briefly discussed, and two new partial blind signature schemes based on elliptic curve are proposed , which are the single key partial blind signature and the double key partial blind signature. The most important application of the scheme is in off-line electronic cash system.
