A Subjective and Objective Method for Determining Index Weights of Training Evaluation

On the part of determining the index weights of military training effect evaluation,a subjectivity-objectivity combination optimization model is established based on the minimum distance and dispersion principle to get the weights.At last,an example of determining training index weights is given.
