Method of manufacturing resource sharing for grid-based ASP platform

To solve the problems of network bandwidth bottleneck and insufficient service ability of networked manufacturing Application Service Provider(ASP) platform,a grid-based more-to-more service model was put forward based on traditional one-to-many model within central server.The manufacturing resource service offered by the platform was executed collaboratively by many distributed grid service nodes.A service-oriented model of manufacturing resource based on ASP platform more-to-more model was established.Manufacturing resources stencil-plate was built by using object-oriented method,and the Resource Description Framework(RDF) based metadata specification language description was realized.Furthermore,in the aspect of manufacturing resource discovery,the incorporation of distributed and centralized mechanism was adopted and the corresponding layered model was set up,as well as the process of resource discovery was provided.Finally,component structure of proposed prototype system and several key technologies were discussed.And feasibility and practicability of the proposed model were verified by the development and preliminary application of prototype system.
