Fast Fractal Image Compression Algorithm Based on Inner Product

Fast fractal image compression algorithm based on inner product is described,which is developed from method based on local variances. It is proved the inner product is invariant with affine transform. Time complexity is compared with method based on local variances. Experiments show that the speedup can be over ten times with the ensurance of the decoded image quality.
