Research on CWM and Design of Its Metadata Management System

Through the comprehensive analysis of the requirement of all current information systems and the research on some metadata management solutions in existence,a warehouse metadata management solution(WMMS) is proposed.WMMS can manage metadata effectively in local and distributed environment and support rapid porting and integration of all kinds of information systems.The architecture of CWM is introduced,the structure and main functions of WMMS are described,comparing with existing metadata management solutions in technology and application,and what is put stress on is the design and implementation of the modeling tool.
