Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of the Hypertensive ′s Quality of Life

Objective To analysis the quality of life of patients with hypertension through the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation so as to explore factors affecting the quality of life.Methods A community population functional status scale was taken to investigate the scores of indexes among 769 patients with hypertension and the results were analyzed by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Results The quality of life of 60.64% of the hypertensives was assessed to be lower,25.84% to be median,and 13.52% to be higher.At the same time a formula for assessment of individual quality of life was established.Conclusion Multi-faceted efforts need to be made to improve patient′s quality of life,including strengthening exercises,raising capability of daily living,and in combination with psychological counseling.
