Fault Diagnosis Study of Diesel Engine's Abnormal Noise Based on Rough Sets

In view of complicated running status,many fault parameters and strong faintness of failure characteristics of diesel engine,this paper presents the signal-processing method based on order analysis to eliminate the noise independent with the vibration signal.Simplify the fault diagnosis decision table using rough sets theory and acquire superior decision system,finally get the fault diagnosis rule of engine abnormal noise.This method raises the accuracy and efficiency of fault diagnosis of Diesel engine greatly.
