Juristic Comment on New Technology of Developing Computer Software

Protective mode of computer software had been set up through dispute from the eighties to early nineties of the twentieth century. New technology of developing computer software brought forward new questions on law. Because of its closely connecting with computer hardware,by computer software patent law has increasingly been protected.And encrypting technology is available for protecting computer software,but transferring and diffusing the special technology, which is used to unbinding no license encrypting technology should be forbidden by law,so should the extreme protective technology of computer software.
