On Expert Testimony of Business Secrets

Business secrets refer to the commercial information which is confidential,valuable and operational,including technology and manage information.In the disputes involving business secrets,the confidence of technology should be targeted as the range of expert testimony in which process the concept of public,the meaning of knowledge and the relativity of being well-known must be defined correctly.In practice,special attention should be paid on the qualification of the institutions doing expert testimony,the burden of proof of several parties and the relationship between the publications and privacy.
