Application Study of Android about Storage Mechanism

Android system has been widely used in mobile phones,tablet computers and other devices.Android application developers must deal with the problem that how to store data.Android provides a variety of data storage mechanisms.For developers,how to properly and quickly select the appropriate storage mechanisms and to properly use them,characteristics and applied occasions have been analyzed and compared of preferences,internal storage files,external storage files and SQLite database engine,and the main steps of using storage mechanism,the key API functions,especially SQLite engine and the relationship between SQLite and graphics user interface have been stated.It has supplied the references for Android application developers how to choose storage mechanisms and efficient program design.
