Knowledge Representation of Situation Assessment Ontology

As a sort of model for representing the hierarchy and semantic meaning of concepts effectively,ontology can be used for exactly depicting the situation elements and their correlation in situation assessment domain to realize expediently knowledge share by utilizing computers.Based on the fundamental theory of situation assessment,the methods of applying ontology to situation assessment domain are explored,to realize share of situation information in incorporation information battle in this paper.By making an analysis of situation assessment process in terms of examples of combat scenarios,the situation assessment models of ontology architecture and UML-based ontology are set up,and the OWL ontology language description of situation assessment is realized by using protege tool for ontology edition.
