A video compression sub-system is designed which can meet the special demand of video signal transmission through wireless channel,need no broader bandwidth,and is not vulnerable to noise.The sub-system adopting M-JPEG2000 based on wavelet transform is suitable for the situation requiring real time images because it does not utilize the correlation among frames of the video images and there is no block effect of JPEG.Through software configuration,different requirements can be met.
