Median filtering algorithm of impulse noise based on noise point

We proposed a median filtering method based on impulse detection in the paper.This method sets the threshold to distinguish impulse noise point through variance rate of gray level.The information of every impulse noise point is added to the array of noise record.In the course of filtering,it can get rid of other noise points around it with the array.The gray value of the filtered noise point is better recovered.Compared with the standard median filtering method,the proposed method can not only remove impulse more effectively,but also detain more detailed information.
