A High Resolution And Low Spurious Requency Synthesizer Designing

A method based on modified triple tuned algorithm to achieve both high frequency resolution and fast hopping without degradation of spurious level was obtained, and a low spurious and high resolution frequency synthesizer ranged from 92.1 to 120.499 MHz was developed with DDS AD9850. Theoretical and experimental results show that the spurious level is below -70 dBc and the phase-noise level is better than -102 dBc/Hz@lkHz while frequency step is 100 Hz.
