A Discussion on the Construction of the Characteristic Database

As an outstanding phenomenon of document construction at present,the construction of characteristic database is a subject worth thinking about and probing.Generally speaking,in the construction of characteristic database,each actor works in his own way.As a result,there are no unified sampling standards and metadata indexing,and the level of cooperative founding and sharing is relatively low.Such chaos in the construction of characteristic database incurs heavy waste as well as difficulties in using database.An ordered characteristic database construction market should be built,starting from establishing a leading agent that plans and coordinates the construction of characteristic database as a whole,so that a higher-level characteristic database can be achieved.
