Discussed the determiration on independence and calculation of numerical characteristics about discrete random variables X andY taking finite value.Several conclusions and formula about the joint distribution law matrix were given.The result is not only very simple in theory,but also provide the necessary formula for the direct use of the order of Matlab to judge the independence and calculate the digital features of X andY.
