Research on Restoration Algorithm for Video Image

This paper demonstrates the restoration of old videos.We classify the artifact features of old videos to 10 types and propose a method,which is the combination of automatic restoration,semiautomatic restoration and interactive restoration.The restoration methods of those hardest problems,including the vertical and horizontal strips,local color distortion and blotch,are de- scribed in detail.
