A Study on the Evidence of Internet Copyright Infringement

The evidence of internet copyrights infringement mostly belongs to the electronic evidences to some degree.The adoptable standard of average evidences such as objectivity,relevance,legitimacy and etc.may apply to the electronic evidence of internet copyrights infringement as well.The copyrighter belongs to vulnerable group who has many difficulties to produce evidences in network environment.So we should assign properly the obligations of production of evidences among the relevant parts according to the regulations on internet management.The text in electronic data which has legal effect of the evidence and is adopted by law must satisfy certain conditions,such as coinciding with regulations and laws,and be protected by certain technic means.
