This paper mainly introduces the design and implementation of real estate management information system concerning the design of housing database and the function modules of real estate.The database of system is managed by the ACCESS 2003.VB.net is used as the development environment platform.The technique of ADO.net enables the application to access and manipulate data.Using ArcEngine embedded component technology we can implement the spatial inquisition,the management,and the information statistics of the houses and basic application with the geographic information function.In addition,it is the synthetic applications of the GIS and MIS.
