Approach to tackling semantic conflicts based on ontology

In this paper,a priority based approach is proposed and implemented for handling semantic conflicts.Meanwhile,we illustrate our method proposed in this paper using the college identity management system based on ontology.This paper describes the approach and system for such aspects as system architecture,the handling of semantic conflicts based on priority mechanism and the implement of semantic query.
