Issues and strategies of hospital information resources development and application on

Based on the information resource on both the stratagem position in the development of modern medicine and the core function in hospital information system construction, and the comparison with the global effectiveness of the hospital information development and application, this article analyzed the status of hospital information resources development and application in China. The major issues which greatly obstructed hospital information system construction were static goal, false cognition, absent of management and lag of standardization. And it then proposed the strategy of hospital information system development was to put the development and application on the hospital information resource as the key task in future information system development in hospital. Strategies in related pattern change, development of resource system, standardization system and technical system were also discussed.
