Application of Fractal Theory into Image Coding

The aim of this paper is trying to adopt the stability fission structure division project and make codes through fractal image compression method,which combines the Range Blocks according to their best similarities.Compared with the traditional division method,the fractal image compression method enables the compression multiple and the quality of keeping the same coding result to increase greatly.Hence,the stability fission and similarity combination based fractal image compression method is an effective improvement.
