Design of a High Availability Self-Adaptability Dual-Controller Heartbeat

To address the problem of fixed setting heartbeat in building high availability system currently,designs a self-adaptability heartbeat model of dual controller,which can adjust heartbeat cycle based on the frequency of data read-write request,to improve the high availability of dual-controller storage system.Based on this model,establishes the high availability stochastic Petri net model of fault detection and uses to evaluate the effect of the availability impact.The result shows that the design can enhance the high availability of dual controller system.
