How to increase the satisfied degree of the customers is the most important idea for increasing the profit in modern bank .CRM is the very useful method to building banking service system .This paper introduces the concept of CRM,analyses the reason and techinical factor of building banking CRM system,designs a basic model of banking CRM system and its application condition.According to this design thinking,a banking CRM system has been designed.
