According to the new generation GPS and the National Standard GB/T 11337-2004,measurement of departures from flatness,extracts the basic concept and rule of flatness error evaluating.Describes the knowledge of flatness error evaluating by OWL,designs the framework of flatness error evaluating,presents the flatness error evaluating ontology by Protege,constructs the flatness error evaluating rules by SWRL,realizes the knowledge reasoning by JESS,a reasoning engine,provides a shareable,reusable and inferable reference of developing N-GPS KB system.
