On Cultivating the Information Capability System of Enterprises

Enterprise informatization increases work efficiency and performances.And the cultivation of enterprises' information capability influences the development of information construction directly.Enterprise informatization involves elements such as managers,employees,corporate culture and operation system.The training of staff and establishment of informatization operation system are the main tasks in cultivation of enterprises' information capability,which can be conducted from the following fields: financial input,infrastructure,IT organization and operation management,standardized management and strategic execution system.Meanwhile,the developments of such fields as IT organization adjustment staff quality promotion,informatization plan,perfection of infrastructure,personnel training and information management ensure the success of information capability cultivation.
